Miramar By Windsor Copacabana

Perfect location, extensive and delicious breakfast, beautiful room overlooking Copacabana Beach, and friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to João Marcelo Pais, the hotel’s Butler, who spent over 2 hours helping us after our domestic flight from Iguazu Falls to Buenos Aires was cancelled due to the Argentina union workers’ transportation ground strike. João was extremely patient and indispensable during a stressful time, and helped us find another flight into BA on a later date (via São Paulo) which would hopefully not be cancelled since it was an international flight. Thanks, João! You were right and we successfully made it to BA. We are so grateful to you for saving our vacation!

I'll highlight the location, the quality of the breakfast, and the willingness to help their staff. We spent our anniversary there, and everyone helped me with recommendations and even booked a nice restaurant for us.

Too many things to list but truly one of the best properties we've stayed at in Rio. The breakfast was alone was out of this world with many upscale items and amazing service. Location was great. I prefer this part of Copacabana as it seems to be a little less crowded. And the staff...they go above and beyond.

The staff (front desk--Daniella and others, concierge, restaurant) is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. You feel they are genuinely delighted to have you stay and are happy to make your experience great. The staff sets this hotel apart from others.
